**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and manage hybrid events from concept to execution, ensuring all logístical details are in place for both in-person and virtual attendees.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand event objectives, requirements, and target audience.
- Develop event strategies and creative concepts that integrate both in-person and virtual experiences, ensuring a cohesive and engaging event.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, technology requirements, and virtual platform management.
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies for hybrid events, ensuring maximum attendance and engagement.
- Liaise with speakers, presenters, and performers to coordinate their participation in the event, including travel arrangements, rehearsals, and technical requirements.
- Oversee the setup and installation of event spaces, including staging, lighting, sound, and virtual production elements.
- Manage the virtual event platform, including attendee registration, live streaming, interactive features, and technical support for virtual participants.
- Ensure a smooth and seamless event experience for both in-person and virtual attendees, troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise.
- Coordinate event timelines and schedules, including rehearsals, speaker sessions, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis, gathering feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and future event enhancements.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in event management, specifically in planning and executing hybrid events.
- Must have experience handling MICE and People Association Events
- Strong understanding of event technology platforms, virtual event tools, and live streaming solutions.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing event dynamics and requirements.
- Proficiency in using event management software, virtual event platforms, and project management tools.
- Knowledge of audiovisual equipment and production processes for both in-person and virtual events.
- Understanding of marketing and promotional strategies to drive attendance and engagement for hybrid events.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage event timelines and budgets effectively.
- Experience in managing and coordinating event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
- Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
