**Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Communications: Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Provide timely counsel to senior management and key stakeholders on communication matters, including crisis communication, brand positioning, and reputation management.
- Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with local, regional, and international media outlets. Proactively engage with journalists, editors, and influencers to pitch stories and secure positive coverage. Act as the primary media spokesperson for the company and coordinate media interviews and press conferences.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and compelling content, including press releases, media kits, speeches, articles, and thought leadership pieces. Ensure all communications materials are consistent with the company's brand voice and messaging.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior executives, portfolio managers, and investor relations teams, to develop effective communications strategies for key initiatives and announcements. Ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external communications channels.
- Crisis Communication: Develop and implement crisis communication plans to effectively manage and mitigate potential reputational risks. Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries during crises, providing timely and accurate information to maintain transparency and protect the company's reputation.
- Social Media and Digital Communications: Oversee the company's social media presence and digital communications platforms. Develop and implement strategies to enhance engagement, grow the online audience, and ensure consistent messaging across all digital channels.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications in communications or public relations are a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related fields, within the real estate fund or investment management industry.
- Proven track record in media relations, with established relationships with key media outlets and journalists. Demonstrated ability to secure positive coverage and manage media crises effectively.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute comprehensive communications plans aligned with business objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear and compelling messages.
- Experience in managing digital communications and social media platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior executives.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent command of English and Mandarin (written and verbal) with ability to translate from Mandarin to English and vice versa as this role will also include covering China market.
