HR & Admin Manager

**Job Description:

- Lead, direct and manage day-to-day Human Resource (HR) and Administrative activities
- Conduct full spectrum of HR & Admin functions
- In charge of HR development, strategic planning and implementations to support business development
- Enact and implement all HR policies and processes, refine and improve constantly
- In charge of all recruitment matters and ensure manpower demands are promptly attended
- Familiar with Government policies, regulatory requirements and ensure compliance to rules and regulations
- Lead and implement staff career path, staff engagement, retention plans, compensation and benefits
- Maintaining and enhancing work culture and employees’ welfare/benefits
- Handle all staff counselling and disciplinary matters
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Prepare timely HR data and reports as and when required
- Identify the needs for training and corporate development
- Manage and facilitate suitable courses for staff career growth
- Facilitate staff performance appraisal
- Work closely with HODs to support operations from HR & Admin’s perspective
- Manage all Administrative activities, including but not limited to:
- insurance policies, Company’s facilities, equipment, vehicles, vehicles’ inspections, road tax renewals, accident claims, stationeries and pantry supplies
- Other Administrative activities like security and safety, or other ad-hoc duties
- To perform any other ad-hoc work duties as and when required by Management
**Job Requirement:
- **
- Diploma or Bachelor in Human Resource Management or similar
- At least 5 years of experience in HR & Admin managerial position
- Ability to define and solve problems, establish facts, analyse situations and make decisions
- Good communication skills, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Able to interact with and lead employees from different levels
- Ability to work with managers to assess complex issues pragmatically
- Strong undertaking of confidentiality relating to Human Resource
- Structured way of working, logical thinking skills and an independent mind
- Hands-on mentality and can prioritise tasks effectively and efficiently
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiples tasks
