**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities for AI Agent.
- Learn and deploy AI-powered agents to automate tasks, improve decision-making processes, and enhance user experiences.
- Implement natural language processing (NLP), Retrieval-augmented Generation (RAG) and machine learning algorithms to enable intelligent interactions and recommendations.
- Design and develop text prompt and manage optimizations effectively.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate AI agent performance, iterating and improving models as needed.
- Integrate AI agents with existing systems and platforms to enable seamless data exchange and interoperability.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on AI best practices to internal teams and clients.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in AI, contributing to the company's innovation roadmap.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in developing AI-powered solutions, with expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and AI algorithms.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving technologies and learn new concepts quickly.
