Car Sales Consultant

**Responsibilities**:
- Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, providing them with detailed information about our vehicles, features, and benefits.
- Actively listen to customer requirements and recommend the most suitable vehicle models and options to meet their needs.
- Conduct test drives to demonstrate vehicle performance and features.
- Negotiate pricing and finalize vehicle transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the finance department to provide customers with financing options and aftermarket products.
- Ensure timely follow-up and maintain ongoing communication with customers to build long-term relationships and generate repeat business.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, accessories, financing options, and incentives to provide accurate information to customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- Uphold the highest level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- High level of motivation and a self-starter attitude.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
