Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor who can handle the overall scopes of M&E Works as follows:
- Reading M&E drawings, architecture drawings, and specifications to take off the quantities for tendering, preparing Bill of Quantities, and filling the price for tendering
- Quantity taking off, checking materials spec and subcontractor’s background experiences before orderingCalling Quotations, checking quotations and justifying the materials spec and preparing cost comparisonCalculate and checking bill of quality about Mechanical and Electrical Services
- Report to General Manager, Project Manager, and QS Manager about cost comparison and costing
- Provide forecast cost for quarter payment/monthly payment to QS Manager/ Cost Control Manager
- Monitoring Procurement list and materials ordering list
- Collection of As-Built Drawings for Handover documents to Client
- Preparation and Submission of Variation Order
- Coordination, negotiation and dealing with Procurement Department, Payment Asset Team and other related Technical department
- If needed go around to the site with the respective drawings to check design points and locations with the site engineer
- Time Management to finish the jobs within a given period
- Preparing for Design Drawing, Shop Drawing, Section Drawing, Detailing, and As-Built Drawings
- Full set of Pre Tender (M&E Projects), calling quotation such as ACMV equipment chillers/cooling towers/AHU/FCUs & MV fans and Electrical equipment such as switchboards/Gensets/Light Fittings/ etc.
- Full set of Pre Tender, calling quotation such as cables, light fittings, switchboards, ELV - Taking off quantity for ACMV system, pipe length, duct length, duct insulation, fire damper, VCD, valves and accessories, grilles and diffuser, louver, etc.,
- Systems-PA, CCTV, Card Access, Fire Alarm, Lightning Protection System, etc
- Measure Cable, Trucking, cable ladder, GI pipe, etc
- Taking off the bill of quantity according to tender breakdown prices from the tender drawings.
- Preparing all relevant administration and documentation for Tender submission such as Technical data, Schedule of unit rate. Catalogs submission.
Prefer Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Equivalent
