**Business Solutions Delivery**:
**Brief Overview**:
Business Solutions Design (BSD) is responsible for driving initiatives that enable business growth and product development by delivering emerging technologies and digital solutions that align with SGX strategic priorities.
**Learning Objectives**:
The selected intern would experience and gain knowledge of the Exchange from both business and ONT perspective, with hands on experience in project management, and functional testing. The intern will be given opportunities to lead projects that improve operational efficiencies, and work along side with experienced BSD team. Intern will engage with other stakeholders including business and ONT, to support ongoing projects.
- Support ongoing projects in project tracking, reporting and testing, work with business and ONT stakeholders to solve issues or perform research that arise from projects.
- Improve and automate current financial tracking and reporting, and time reporting management
- Support data automation initiatives, assist in coordination of data collection and reporting activities
- Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and team building
**Knowledge and Skills requirements**:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
