**What you will do**:

- Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions to support hearing aid diagnostics, repair, and device management
- Conduct research and proof-of-concepts to improve development processes, product quality, and performance
- Diagnose and resolve software issues, ensuring smooth operation and optimal system uptime
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, frameworks, and workflows across the R&D function.

**What you bring**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of C#, object-oriented design, and modern development frameworks and patterns (OOP, OOAD, CQRS)
- Understanding of front-end and back-end development, web technologies, and DevOps principles
- Familiarity with design patterns, software development lifecycle, and agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eagerness to learn new technologies
- Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary, fast-paced R&D environment.
