We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant specializing in utilities to play a key role in optimizing and enhancing our organization's SAP solutions tailored for the utilities industry. The SAP Consultant will collaborate closely with utility business teams to analyze requirements, configure SAP modules, and ensure the seamless integration of technology to streamline operations and improve customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with utility industry stakeholders to understand business processes, regulatory requirements, and technological needs.
- Configure and customize SAP modules relevant to utilities, such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), and Billing.
- Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including system design, testing, data migration, training, and support.
- Leverage deep industry knowledge to recommend SAP best practices that enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the utilities domain using SAP solutions.
- Perform regular system audits, diagnose issues, and implement timely resolutions to ensure high system performance and reliability.
- Stay updated with industry trends, evolving regulations, and SAP updates to provide insights into continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP solutions with other utility-specific software and systems.
- Provide comprehensive documentation, training, and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption of SAP functionalities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SAP Consultant with a focus on utilities or energy sectors.
- Familiarity with utility industry regulations, processes, and operational intricacies.
- Strong analytical skills to translate complex requirements into effective SAP configurations.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with utility business units and technical teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- SAP certifications related to utilities or relevant modules are advantageous.
