We are a continuing education & training center, registered with Skillsfuture Singapore & Committee for Private Education. With a passion for maximising human potential through applied knowledge, we are looking for like-minded individuals with a sense and drive for high performance to join our team of Course Recruiters /promoters. In this job, you will need to reach out to new clients, understand their career and learning & development needs, and recommend the best-fit courses/programs to meet their needs. This position involves both indoor (stationing at our training centers) attending to enquiries and making calls to new prospects and outdoor (At roadshows), reaching out to members of the public and making contacts with them by creating interesting conversations.

**Responsibilities**:

- To reach out and engage the general public to upgrade and embark on various lifelong learning programmes
- Demonstrate and provide information on courses.
- To propose suitable training courses to customers
- To actively participate in assigned corporate events, road-show and seminars
- Actively engage the prospect to grow one’s sales portfolio
- Be responsible for personal sales portfolio
- Follow up on sales leads
- Consult with prospect and convert possible leads into businesses
- Pursue sales opportunities and close the deals effectively
- Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions.
- Be a positive representative of the company and its brand by conducting all activities with professionalism and integrity.

**Requirements**:

- Proven ability to engage and handle customers’ requests
- A keen learner and have passion for life-long learning
- Good communication skills
- Outgoing and friendly personality.
- Ability to engage customers on different platforms (road-show & branches)
- Able to motivate peers and work as a team
- Able to speak in different languages
