IT Specialist

Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage off-premise hosted environments, private clouds, cyber security services, and IT systems and networks.
- Responsible for performing routine configuration and installation of IT solutions as well as investigating, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving network problems, system security issues, and making recommendations for improving the company's IT systems.
- Maintain the IT infrastructure system, including servers, network inventory, and storage, as well as monitoring for system security and health.
- Assure that all IT operations, security, and infrastructures run efficiently with little downtime.
- Control network and system backup and recovery procedures. Address daily user support, operational, and technical hardware, software, and network issues.
- Offer technical support for software installation, upgrades, virus protection, server setup, and network configuration for end-user computers or any other computing peripherals.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge or skillsets in IT network, server configuration, personal computer set-up and troubleshooting.
- Strong technical knowledge on IT and personal computer troubleshooting with good awareness on cybersecurity.
- Possess initiative and able to work with minimum supervision
