Roles & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive quality assurance to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality releases
- Lead and drive test activities, such as test planning, test case design, and test execution and documentation
- Independently plan and develop key test automation components
- Develop and conduct Performance Tests
- Drive Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery and focus on test automation
- Work closely with developers to assist debugging of issues and verify fixes till closure
**Job Requirements**
- Strong experience with both manual and automated testing
- Experience in automated testing tools and frameworks is a must
- Familiar with Restful API, web UI, embedded software and robotics system
- Experience with performance testing. Familiar with tools such as Jmeter
- Strong experiences in quality engineering process and best practices
- Strong exposure with test management
- Experience in agile scrum development model
- Good understanding of Docker, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CICD), and Dev(Sec)Ops pipelines
**Preferred**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field is required
- 5 years of experience in software engineering and test automation
- Good understanding of software testing methodology, including functional and non-functional testing
- Familiar with Linux environment
- Familiar with Gitlab, Confluence and Jira
- Experience with embedded systems and IoT architecture
- Experience with Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems and microservice architectures
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation tools such as Robot Framework
- Self-driven and independent
- Good team player who is open to share knowledge and possesses strong analytical skills
