Facilities Engineer

This role will be responsible for all the facilities equipment supporting Depot Rd Wafer Fab production.
- maintain these equipment with the necessary preventive, predictive, overhaul maintenance activities. To proactively find opportunities to upgrade these equipment before they becomes unsupportable.
- have the technical knowledge to systematically trouble-shoot facilities equipment and processes, using various analytical tools
- manage the subfab operations and equipment to ensure that air emissions, trade effluent, waste disposal are all compliant to current regulatory requirements
- monitor the effectiveness of the operations at regular intervals and make continual improvements.
- respond to facilities or safety related emergency call phone during off-hours and return on-site within a designed time, if the situation requires it
- have good people collaboration skills to manage internal or external sub contractors and landlord service provider.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 3 years working experience
- Diploma in Engineering with at least 8 years working experience
