**Responsibility**:
- Assist department head or regional head in researching and analyzing on new business market and opportunities
1) Financial Analysis for certain investment opportunity in ASEAN & Southwest Asia region
- CF Modelling
- Valuation
- Analysis of /preparation for Business Plan
2)Business Development for certain investment opportunity in ASEAN & Southwest Asia region
- Sourcing of opportunity
- Initial business Due Diligence
**Requirement**:
- Possess degree or equivalent education background
- At least 5 years experience in Financial Analysis and New Business Development
- Prefer to possess experience in consulting/ fund/ Accounting firm or internal M&A team
- Open for business trip, last for a few weeks, to help foreign team in analysing the opportunity
- Japanese language skill will be an advantageous to liaise with Japanese HQ and Japanese expats but not the must
