**Job Summary**:
As a Deployment Lead, you will take charge of planning, leading, and executing comprehensive deployment plans within Salesforce projects. You will coordinate work planning, scheduling, budgeting, training, pilots, and resource allocation. The role demands strong collaboration across multiple project teams to manage interdependencies, align deployment activities, and monitor progress against deployment goals. You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), guiding your team and making critical decisions to drive successful deployment outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, plan, and lead execution of comprehensive deployment plans encompassing work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics tracking, training programs, pilot deployments, and resource management.
- Collaborate closely with all project teams to manage interdependencies and ensure seamless alignment across all deployment-related activities.
- Monitor, control, and report on deployment progress against plans, identifying and addressing risks and issues proactively.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Salesforce Deployment processes, providing guidance and technical leadership to your team and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering a high-performance culture focused on successful deployment execution.
- Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, contributing to key decisions and problem-solving both within your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Provide innovative solutions to deployment challenges, ensuring smooth and efficient cutover and release management.
- Analyse deployment metrics and generate actionable insights to drive continuous process improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new tools to enhance deployment efficiency and quality.
- Demonstrate mastery of Salesforce Deployment tools and techniques.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven expertise and mastery in Salesforce Deployment methodologies and tools.
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a technical team.
- In-depth understanding of deployment countdown and cutover execution (preferred).
- Solid knowledge of release management principles and best practices.
- Excellent project management skills including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Ability to analyse metrics and leverage data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple concurrent activities.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce deployment or release management roles.
- Prior experience leading technical teams and managing deployment projects is highly preferred.
