**Your tasks**:

- Support technical sales team to ensure quotation is complete
- Work closely with technical sales team to generate and maintain quotation template and draft quotation
- Assist to add necessary information in KISS quotation when order is processed
- Manage quotation opportunities and support bidding / tender documents
- Assist technical sales to obtain and track discount approvals
- Generate quote for accessories and repair as well as 3rd party quotations
- Act as a single point of contact to manage C4C & KISS issues and feedback from department
- Assist to generate monthly reports when needed
- Adhoc administrative support to other team members, which may include PAM submissions, customer visits and events coordination, etc

**Your qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in engineering or business administration.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint)
- Good time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks
