Slash has headquarters in Singapore and community-oriented R&D hubs in Phnom Penh, Yerevan, Bali, Yogyakarta, Jakarta and Bandung. We are a team of 50+ entrepreneurs, engineers, hackers, and full-stack developers with unique capabilities in web, mobile, AI, and Blockchain.

**Role and responsibilities, and how will the role impact Slash?**:
You will be a thought leader in the company:

- Driving frontend and backend development stacks best case practices, processes and standards throughout the company.
- Supporting solution architects, scrum masters, and development teams with delivering enterprise-grade backend systems to clients.
- We will rely on your technical leadership and ingenuity to stay up to date on the latest in frontend and backend development stacks, system integration, security, APIs, middlewares, cloud, DevOps.
- Develop and maintain front-end components using React.js and design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient back-end solutions using a Symphony framework (PHP)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.

**Requirements**:
**How do you know if you are a good fit?**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Positive attitude, independence, inner drive to become successful
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to talk to international clients
- Tech savvy (up to date with the latest trends)
- Proactive, confident, doesn’t shy away from responsibility, takes full ownership
- Ability to coordinate and communicate with diverse teams and individuals (e.g solution architects, product managers, scrum masters, developers, customer service, and clients)
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as full stack developer.
- Minimum 4 years in PHP backend development. Experience with Symfony Framework experience is a major advantage.
- Minimum 4 years in JS stack, including at least 2 in React.js for front-end development.
- Experience on NextJS is a good plus.
- Advanced knowledge of using AWS cloud on configuration, deployment, CI/CD, and Lambda is a good plus.
- Hands-on experience with containerization technology such as Docker.
- Good architecture design experience: Microservice, Domain design, Event-Driven experience
- Have a knowledge of drawing system architecture, sequence flow diagram
- Keen interest in learning about other technologies (such as NextJS, RabbitMQ, ExpressJS, MongoDB, Serverless, Machine Learning, Blockchain, etc)
