We are looking for a Program Management Engineer to join our dynamic team at CEI Pte. Ltd.

This role involves being the first point of contact for both customer and factory on technical and operational issues. Responsible to lead the program team (Customer Focus Team) to resolve issues and constraints that will impact delivery schedule.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while exploring new business opportunities.
- Establish rapport, build relationships and constant liaison with customers on future projects.
- To provide sales projection and forecast.
- Grow and nurture existing customer account.
- Responsible for new business account development expansion and identify business opportunities.
- Conducts sales calls, prepares, and performs company and proposal presentations.
- Leads sales enquiry, understand customer requirement and work with internal technical team to submit project proposal.
- To process and monitor the request for quote process, from enquiry to propose a quotation for management review.
- To formalize the quotation and proposal, submission to customer ad follow up.
- Review and finalize sales contracts and service agreements, ensuring they align with company policies before presenting them to management and customers.
- Interact with internal teams on new project development.
- Ensure that parts or components ready for assembly pilot run.
- Ensure that manufacturing process documentation compliance and updated.
- Manage customer orders, scheduling and system data entry.
- Manage BOM, NPI and production requirements for customer.
- Manage and co-ordinate shipments and invoices to customer.
- Product transfer / product realization for new projects.
- Manage product-related tasks like end-of-life (EOL) planning, engineering changes (ECN), obsolescence claims, product transfers, and cost-reduction efforts with internal teams.
- Manage inventory to acceptable level based on company guidelines.
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Degree / Diploma in Engineering with some relevant working experience.
- Have good written, oral or interpersonal skills.
- Equip with good self-confident when conducting presentation.
- Have proactive negotiating skills with customers & supplier.
- Ability in follow up sales account and maintain sales.
- Preferably having been in EMS manufacturing environment
- Experience in NPI introduction will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of PCBA, Wire harness Assembly, System Level Assembly.
- Organized, independent and with ability to pay attention to details.
- Communicate and align with customer and factory on the program delivery schedule.
- Ensure closure for quality-related issue with factory and customer.
- Review Engineering Change Order (ECO) changes and update the associate BOM to the latest revision.
- Lead the program team to address order material shortages so that Production build can be on schedule.
- Arrange shipment for Open Orders to meet customer needs.
- Communicate End of Life (EOL) items to customer to finalise its replacement.
- Support and participate in company continuous improvement program.
- Good problem-solving skills
- Meticulous in details
- Proficient in Microsoft
