Key Accountabilities:

- Facilitate the delivery process flow from Customer Service enquiry through to final delivery on-board customer vessel, liaising with Customer Service and delivery logistics service providers (LSPs) as required.
- Monitor stock levels with warehouse operators and LSPs. Work closely with the Distribution Planners and Production Planners to ensure stock inventories are maintained at agreed levels (MSLs).
- Co-ordinate with shipping agents and check with Port Authorities for arrival notice of vessels and arrange timely supply to the vessels. Coordinate vessel and truck movements as needed by communicating with agents and customers.
- Maintain vessel schedules to ensure timely lubricant deliveries via barge and truck.
- Ensure that all orders given to Contracted Barges and other 3rd party delivery agents are acknowledged, and all orders are executed timely.
- Ensure that Delivery Receipts are prepared according to Customer PO before they are issued to Contracted Barges and other 3rd Party Delivery Contractor’s to initiate supply.
- Ensure all orders are delivered to customers’ vessels per our value proposition and industry leading OTIF metrics.
- Ensure that for the physical flow of product is correctly mapped on the ERP and delivery information system.
- Reconcile physical balances at the barges and warehouses where applicable every month.
- To participate in any ad-hoc projects/tasks as assigned

Education &Experience:

- Diploma/Degree in Maritime Studies, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in marine supply, logistics and operations scheduling, preferably in a multinational environment.
