**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Training Modules**: Develop detailed training modules with clear learning objectives and teaching outlines for each system, subsystem, and equipment component.
- ** Demonstration Videos**: Plan and coordinate the production of professional-quality demonstration videos, ensuring clarity and accuracy in portraying equipment operation and maintenance.
- ** Content Coordination**: Ensure alignment between training modules, demonstration videos, and approved operation and maintenance manuals.
- ** Instructional Material Assembly**: Assemble educational materials, documentation, and training modules into comprehensive training manuals following established guidelines.
- ** Instructor Coordination**: Collaborate with facilitators and instructors to ensure seamless delivery of training sessions, including scheduling and content review.
- ** Evaluation and Assessment**: Develop performance-based tests and evaluation methods to assess participants' understanding and mastery of the training content.
- ** Technology Integration**: Utilize multimedia tools and e-learning platforms to enhance instructional content, ensuring learner engagement and effective knowledge retention.
- ** Qualification Data**: Review and select qualified facilitators, instructors, and videographers based on experience and expertise.
- ** Coordination**: Coordinate training schedules, participant lists, and course content in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- ** Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of training sessions, attendance, and evaluation results.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and coordinating instructional programs for both live training sessions and demonstration videos.
- Proficiency in multimedia tools, e-learning platforms, and video editing software.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and assessment strategies.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with creating and organizing training materials, including transcripts and documentation.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality instructional content.
