- Key person in setting up and upkeep of clinical/medical protocols pertaining to client needs, from onboarding to discharging.
- Assessment for new case referrals and reassessment of existing clients.
- Leading a team of Healthcare Assistants and oversee the nursing care, standards and operations across our day care centres.
- Working closely with other healthcare professionals on planning client ICP, care and safety in the centre.
- Respond to emergencies, conduct investigations on incidents and preventive actions.
- Working with the centre management on ensuring the upkeep of clinical equipment and supplies.
- Assist to plan and take part in the centre’s activities. Any other adhoc tasks assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable with IT would be ideal. As you will be working as a team, some weekends including public holidays may be required.
