**Key Responsibilities**:

- **RHEL Administration**:Manage and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching.
Monitor system performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Linux environment.
- **Cloud Integration**:Deploy, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Migrate workloads from on-premise to cloud environments.
Implement hybrid cloud strategies, ensuring smooth integration between on-premise and cloud systems.
- **Automation & Scripting**:Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools like Ansible, Bash, or Python to streamline operational tasks.
Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) for managing cloud resources (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
- **Security & Compliance**:Ensure Linux environments are secure by implementing best practices, monitoring, and addressing vulnerabilities.
Configure and manage firewalls, security policies, and user access in Linux and cloud environments.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies for data protection and system integrity.

Ensure regular backups are performed, validated, and ready for restoration in case of failure.

Provide Tier 2/3 support for system issues and outages.
Assist in the creation of documentation, including design specifications, procedures, and user guides.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux administration.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Proficiency in automation and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
- Solid scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Perl).
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Understanding of networking, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, and other related services.
- Familiarity with security tools and protocols in a Linux and cloud environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) or Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA).
- Certifications in cloud technologies (AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Azure Administrator, etc.).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
