**Key Job Responsibilities**:

- Develop company strategic, managerial, target setting for each region to ensure company’s success and alignment with organizational goal.
- Develop and execute on the Group’s strategic direction and planning for company’s operations and growth within ASEAN region.
- Analysing market trends, competition, and emerging opportunities within the valve industry in the ASEAN region and identifying potential areas for business expansion and market penetration.
- Representing company to attend various conference, board of director meeting in each ASEAN region.
- Monitoring and overseeing the financial performance of the company including all subsidiaries companies in ASEAN region.
- Overseeing the operational aspects of the business, ensuring efficient supply chain management, sales and marketing activities across the ASEAN region.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, trade laws in ASEAN region.
- Provide thought leadership and guidance to the team to achieve desired outcomes in terms of sales and order, operational efficiency, and business profitability.
- Aggressively expand the business by setting up yearly target in each ASEAN region, strengthening KITZ group in ASEAN region.
- Actively review and enhance the performance of the KITZ group business in ASEAN region. Work with respective subsidiary country heads to identify problems and roadblocks to growth and profitability, as well as formulate strategies to improve the profitability of each company to meet the assigned targets.

- Relevant degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record in consistently exceeding revenue/profit targets as well as driving business growth/expansion locally and regionally, preferably in the valves and actuators or related industry.
- A strategic thinker who is resourceful and pragmatic in solving problems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and forge strong internal and external relationships.
- Excellent business acumen with the passion to innovate and ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
