**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Requirements**:
Advanced Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Electro-Chemistry, with relevant industry experience - preferably in electroplating - are welcome to apply;

Knowledge of chemical cleaning, chemical milling, chemical etching, conversion coating, Paint/Dry film coating, Plating, Surface preparation/treatment;

Proactive, analytical and innoviate mindset;

Good team player, ability to communicate well within all levels of the organization;

Good verbal and written communication in English.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develope & stabilize finishing processes to specific customer requirements;

Establish Laboratory procedures for process-, qualiy
- & environmental-controls;

Maintain & further develop / improve SOP for various chemical processes & surface finishing solutions;

Handling of chemical inventory, maintain safety requirements;

Perform plating bath, equipment maintenance and make up chemical for electroplating.

Perform different types of plating listed in the work instruction

Report any machineries breakdown to the superior if any

To conduct house keeping for the area assigned by assistant leader and above

Racking and de-racking of raw material and plated parts

Any other duties assigned by Superior

Strong Physique, Must be able to handle physical work

Carry out any other duties as requested by the company

Any other ad-hoc tasks, including sample upkeep, making and maintenance.

Ability to work varied hours/days, including weekends, and holidays, as needed
