**Senior Interior Design/Project Manager **.

Over see Primary on Corporate Office fit-out project planning and implementation, to ensure highest level of project excution. This role requires a professional presentation style, detailed -oriented, social skill and business/procurement acumen.

**Qualification**:
1. Degree/Diploma with Interior/Arcitecture from recognise institution.

2. Mininmum five years experience on Corporate office fit-out work, with proven experience in management of client’s representative, vendors, and consultant.

3. Good knowledge of MnE services, building codes, interior fininhes materials and construction means and method is essential.

4. Well verse in CAD, Excel, Microsoft office & Project schedule, able to conduct site meeting with command of good english, accuratly record for minute of meting.

5. Able to particiate on preparation work with design proposal and joint presentation with management team.

6. Experience with knowledge on SIA building contact (Articles and conditions of Building contract for minor works.), resource allocation and contractors contractural obligation will be an advantage.
