Job Description Summary

It involves analysis the current market environment eg Hospital Information System (HIS) / Lab Information Systems (LIS), formulating strategy based on readiness and unmet needs from customers, to develop informatics/connectivity plans and implement the solutions accordingly.

Job Summary

You are responsible for strategizing the informatics/digital technology roadmap of the business for the SEA countries. It involves analysis the current market environment eg Hospital Information System (HIS) / Lab Information Systems (LIS), formulating strategy based on readiness and unmet needs from customers, to develop informatics/connectivity plans and implement the solutions accordingly.

Job Responsibilities
- Analyze hospital system infrastructure to determine, recommend and plan the installation of a new system or upgrade/modification of existing systems
- Effectively communication to target customers, educate and convey value propositions and strategy
- Collaborate with various stakeholders such as digital tech companies, internal R&D and technical support team
- Partner internal & external project team in the implementation of the plan
- Advise and train customer about, or perform, maintenance of software system
- Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements
- Train service support team in maintaining the system and provide direct support when necessary

Our Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer-related field or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in managing and implementing related or relevant lab automation project
- Ability to identify complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
- Knowledge of Hospital Information System (HIS), Laboratory Information System (LIS), medical technology, and cybersecurity will be an advantage
