**About the role of IT Support Executive**
- Role: IT Support Executive
- Department: FTMS
- Reporting to: Assistant Manager, IT Systems & Support
- Location: South Central Community Family Service Centre, Blk 5 Delta Avenue #01-09 S (160005) & =DREAMS (Singapore) Limited, 99 Haig Rd, S (438748)
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide and troubleshoot comprehensive level 1 and/or level 2 helpdesk support for internal staff (s).
- Facilitate and set-up AVS/video conferencing before for general meetings.
- Upkeep and ensure that IT hardware/software are running smoothly in working order and up to date.
- Manage software licenses, ensuring that it is up-to-date and timely renewal
- Streamline and maintain IT-related contracts with clear SLAs.
- Ensure and safeguard proper management of data through migration/backup missions.
- Collaborate on projects, adding inputs and contributing to the success of implementation.
- Ensure that IT-related policies are current, and organised.
- Stay current on new developments in IT.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
**Competencies and Requirements**:
- Good oral communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in simple language.
- Demonstrated written communication skills to create useful support logs/reports.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
- Strong in project and time management skills to provide updates and fixes within a promised time frame.
- Must be able to work independently with a proactive mentality.
- Strong ability in multitasking and work with staff at all levels.
- Customer service and collaboration skills to interact professionally and positively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bonus points for Tech Certifications (CompTIA A+, MS365 Admin)
