My client is a US MNC Manufacturer, seeking an experienced Head of Insurance to oversee group insurance policies. As the Head of Insurance you will drive strategies and set industry benchmarks across the group.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all insurance policies for the group, including property & casualty, project construction, business interruption, product liability
- Develop and implement an insurance strategy for the group that aligns with the organization's objectives
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential areas of exposure and recommend appropriate mitigation measures
- Ensure compliance with corporate insurance policies and procedures
- Manage the annual insurance budgets and negotiate with brokers and/or insurers to secure the best possible terms
- Establish and maintain relationships with insurers and brokers
- Develop a claims tracking system and maintain accurate records of insurance premiums and claims
- Analyze renewal terms and provide recommendations on appropriate insurance coverage for the group
- Keep abreast of industry trends and provide recommendations on best practices and benchmarking for the organization
- Collaborate with business units to provide insurance-related guidance and recommendations

**Experience**:

- Extensive experience managing different insurance types, including property & casualty, project construction, business interruption, product liability - particulary within a manufacturing environment
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices
- Professional certification in general insurance or equivalent preferred
