Finance Associate

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Finance Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
- **Accounting Operations**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Reconcile bank accounts and other financial accounts.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- **Financial Analysis**:

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare financial forecasts and budgets.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to clients.
- **Other Duties**:

- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
- Stay updated on accounting and financial regulations and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, particularly SFRS.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: $1,863.87 - $9,353.13 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Work Location: In person
