**Responsibilities**:

- Sustain and continuously improve conventional lithography processes
- Determine, document, implement, and improve production control instruction.
- Prepare and maintain documentation of manufacturing processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce cost, troubleshoot of defect/yield/process excursions, and improve cycle and yield.
- Own the tool sets from a process stand-point: process qualifications, SPC control, out of control response, and assistance in process equipment diagnostics with equipment engineers.
- Work with Development and NPI on new machine/product/process qualification.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelors’ degree in engineer/science or equivalent from a recognized institution
- At least 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor wafer manufacturing industry with exposure to lithography process coat, exposure & develop. Familiar polyimide process in advantage.
- Experienced in SPC, OCAP, 8D & skilled in using DOE, FMEA and other problem solving skills.
- Excellent hands on troubleshooting capabilities and resourceful in recommending solutions for problems
- No Travelling required for this job.
