**Process Engineer - Assembly & Sealing Department**
- Develops and modifies production processes with the aim of an efficient set up of production processes.
- Prepares production analysis studies and analyzes technical feasibility as well as cost effectiveness of new production processes and manufacturing technology.
- Ensures project realization including planning, organization structure, initial set up and tests of new machinery and equipment.
- Plans and leads projects across production in order to improve existing manufacturing processes and machinery.

**OR Process Engineer - Engineering Department**
- Discuss with Customer on requirements and specifications for new design changes on current parts.
- All samples run on requests from Customers or internal sections are track and follow up closely with SSR and PCN.
- For New Machine setup, liaise with all related sections, machine maker for machine specification, utilities setup, installation and testing of machine.
- Quality buy off, Preventive Maintenance plan and commissioning of all new machines.
- Liaise with all related sections for Transfer Projects, ensure all related quality specification, Work Flow and Safety knowledge are known.

**Common responsibility**:

- Co-ordinate with R&D in new product development.
- Standardize and document new process development and provide training to the staff.
- Implement cost reduction and productivity improvement.
- Plans and leads projects across production in order to improve existing manufacturing processes and machinery.
- Maximize efficiency of operation and machine utilization.
- Monitor and minimise scrap rate and improve yield in the section.
- Standardize and document new process development and provide training to the staff.

**Job Requirement**:

- Team player with good working attitude able to work with cross functional team
- Process strong communication skills and ability to coordinate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality and Operations.
- Knowledge of PLC, CNC, simple program will be an advantage
- Experience using Lean Manufacturing tools. Knowledge of up-to-date production and automation equipment, processes, designs and functions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills highly in advantage
