**Responsibilities**:

- Provide training and administration support on all training related matters: create training plan, schedule training, enrolment, sending training confirmation to all trainees, update of training records, etc
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external training providers on all training related matters
- Checking of office staff attendance in EasyTime
- Liaise with sub-contractors on workers' attendance
- Assist in fingerprint registration for employees access including sub-con workers
- Raise requisition orders and purchase of stationery, gifts, etc
- Liaise with telco providers on corporate phone lines
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Min GCE N levels or relevant experience in similar field
- Computer literacy in MS Office
- Able to organize, work independently and priortize daily work tasks
- Pleasant personality, responsible and a can-do attitude
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Discreet and meticulous
