Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role of the Administrative Executive (Admin Exec) is to provide support to the Operations Department.
- Up-date project files and record all documentation and project correspondence daily.
- Assist in document retrieval from project files as and when required.
- Photocopy, bind and compile catalogues for submission to clients.
- Managing of documents for archive purposes as and when projects are completed and final accounts & retention settled.
- Create new project files as projects are secured.
- File and record design and drawing transmittals.
- Assist the Operations Manager in the performance of his duties, contacting clients and sub-contractors, schedules, document creation, spreadsheets and letters.

**Requirements**:
Minimum GCE “O” level.

Well versed in MS Office, Word, Excel & Power Point

Pleasant and good interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and efficiently without supervision.
