**Role and Responsibilities**

As an Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the high-level architecture view of the program. You will have the opportunity to present your work to architecture committees and Group architecture committee for validation. Additionally, you will provide valuable support to the investigation on areas of the solution not fully decided yet by organizing brainstorming/follow-ups with internal and external experts and by contributing with your own expertise/experience. You will also work closely with the program management team, participating in the weekly/monthly project meetings as the SPOC for the architecture of the program.

This is a long-term project that will involve over 30 teams and 200+ resources. - 10+ years of experience in IT, with experience as Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect or Tech Lead (or a mix)
- 3+ years of experience in software development
- Understanding of Enterprise Architecture discipline, processes, concepts, and best practices (TOGAF for instance)
- Strong analysis skills with problem-solving attitude
- Good oral & written communication skills, mainly PowerPoint/Excel
- Experience in Financial & Banking industry
- Effective leadership, planning, and organizational skills
- Advantageous to have previous experience in leading large-scale programs from an architecture perspective
- Advantageous to have experience in Cloud migration, integration patterns, high availability patterns, etc.
- Advantageous to have SCRUM/Agile experience
