**Senior Finance Executive - Group Finance & Strategy**

Singapore | Full-time | Individual Contributor | Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day WFH)

As our operations grow across multiple commpanies and business units, we are looking for a Senior Finance Executive to lead the day-to-day operations, maintain financial integrity across entities, and support leadership with financial clarity to inform strategic decision-making.

**About the Role**

This is a high-trust, hands-on ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and demonstrates maturity and discretion in managing confidential information. You will be working directly with the CEO and Group MD to ensure the finance function runs smoothly while supporting internal and external stakeholder engagements with confidence.

**What You'll Be Doing**

Core Accounting & Finance Operations
- Manage full-spectrum accounting functions including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and month-end closings
- Ensure timely and accurate client invoicing and vendor payments across business units
- Maintain proper documentation and financial records in compliance with statutory requirements
- Prepare monthly P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports

Financial Controls & Process Improvement
- Strengthen financial controls and implement process improvements across the business units
- Identify and reduce inefficiencies through system enhancements and automation (ERP/Tools)
- Support audit readiness and ensure financial hygiene across entities

Compliance, Grants & Reporting
- Handle GST filings, corporate tax submissions, and coordinate with external auditors
- Stay current with local financial regulations and grant schemes
- Prepare accurate, timely financial and statutory reports

Stakeholder Management & Strategic Support
- Liaise with external vendors, government bodies, and clients on finance-related matters
- Support internal business units with financial insights, budgeting support, and cost control tracking
- Translate financial data into meaningful, actionable business insights for leadership

**What We're Looking For**
- A degree in Accounting, Finance
- 4 years of solid accounting experience, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment
- A sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
- Maturity and emotional intelligence, with the discretion to handle confidential matters
- Strong communication skills and professionalism when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the finance function
