**Responsibilities**

A Financial Consultant (FC) performs a role focusing on financial planning management, including communicating with potential clients, client acquisition and provision of cash management, investment, insurance and retirement advice and sustaining relationships with clients with financial planning needs.
- Entrepreneurship/Self-employed
- 100% Commission (Attractive two-year transition package available for experienced hires and promising fresh graduates)

- **Client acquisition/New business and Financial advisory**
- Recognize sources of client acquisition and build professional relationships with prospective clients based on trust, empathy, credibility, and ethical conduct.
- Organize and participate in sales campaigns and promotions to generate leads.
- Manage sales pipeline.
- Construct a personal financial plan for clients to ensure financial goals are successfully achieved over the planning horizon.
- Help clients plan for retirement needs by establishing their retirement goals and analyzing their financial situation.
- Work with clients to gather information on their income, expenses, taxes and savings to analyze their cashflow management.
- Work with clients with basic investment needs to establish their investment profile.
- Work with clients with life, health, and personal general insurance needs, and establish their risk profile.
- Verify data to ensure accuracy and integrity.

**Post-sales and Client Relationship Management**
- Maintain strong business relationship with existing clients and business partners.
- Regularly review the financial plan and engage the client to perform ongoing servicing of client accounts.
- Manage and grow existing accounts to increase revenue.
- Coordinate with internal departments to provide prompt and excellent customer services.
- Handles renewal policies, claims and clients’ enquiries relating to all investment/insurance products.
- Conduct fact finding to assist and follow up on more complex client enquires.
- Review client feedback to improve on client service delivery.

**Others**
- Participate in compulsory trainings and upgrading as per compliance/regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct research on appropriate approaches and tools to enhance work processes.
- Analyze market and establish competitive advantages.
- Track metrics to ensure sales targets are hit.
- Manage schedule for weekly team meetings and agency activities.
- Maintain accurate personal financial records for tax filing purpose.
- **Management Associate Mentorship (For shortlisted FCs only)**_
- Understudy ASD to recruit new hires, lead and coach team members._
- _Recruit and develop new FCs to ensure they maintain high standards of professionalism and customer centricity._
- _Implement effective performance management procedures to drive individual objectives and achievement of team goals._
- _Co-lead a team of FCs to achieve their personal objectives and team goals, and uphold the high standards of professionalism and customer centricity while in pursuit of those goals and objectives._
- _Motivates and tracks team members’ performance regularly._
- _Provide supervisory oversight of FCs under charge._

**Min. Requirements**
- Singaporean/PRs
- Bachelor’s degree (Full-time university undergraduates may apply)
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing and/or demonstrated sales success is preferred
