Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting operations in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a dedicated **Digital Marketing & Outreach Lead**to join our team and play a key role in supporting our Training & Management Department.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage new & existing customer relationships to promote AKC Courses.
- Develop & implement appropriate strategies on Marketing / Digital Marketing for B2B and B2C Projects for AKC Courses.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Help maintain and update content on company website and other digital platforms, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas and strategies for engaging target audiences.
- Assist in the creation of digital content, including blog posts, social media posts, graphics, and videos.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and assist in incorporating them into our strategies.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Job Requirements**
- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field and above.
- Previous experience or internship in digital marketing is a plus.
- Proficiency in analytics
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
