**What You'll Do**:

- Perform business and financial analysis, including building financial models to support investment decisions, acquisitions of assets / businesses regionally, and formation of joint ventures.
- Play an active role in evaluating investment opportunities and executing transactions, including deal strategy, commercial viability, structuring, due diligence, project management, review of documentation, completion and integration arrangements.
- Work independently in supporting the MDs and business development teams in competitive bid processes, bilateral transactions and organic development projects.
- Liaise actively with internal teams (business development, finance, treasury, legal), professional advisers and deal counterparties to progress deals to completion.
- Develop reports and presentations to the Board and Senior Management

**What You'll Need**:

- Degree in Accountancy / Finance with strong academic results.
- 3-5 years’ relevant experience in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, project finance, investments in energy or infrastructure assets, capital markets, audit or transaction services.
- Preferably completed professional exams or qualified as a member of CFA, ISCA, ACCA, ICAEW, ICAA or CPA Australia
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Commercial mindset with solid corporate finance and analytical skills
- Self-motivated, driven, possess a problem-solving aptitude and able to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines
- Highly versatile and adaptable, a team player who can work independently in a fast-moving and flexible environment

- Job level will commensurate in accordance to the experience of the incumbent
