Job Description

The incumbent is expected to review & analyse operation process, and Construct value stream mapping and analyse data trends to identify improvement areas and follow through to implementation. He is also expected to champion in the establishment and administration of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for process value streams.

The Ops & Data Specialist - Locker Infrastructure will play a pivotal role in SingPost’s deployed infrastructure. Key responsibilities including but not limited to:

- Analyse and improve operations processes for locker infrastructure so as to reap synergies between internal and external stake holders
- Work with internal stake holders (such as Group Tech, Group Customer Service) in process improvements so as to minimise customer related issues and concerns (leveraging data from EzyTrak, Ezy2Ship platform).
- Support and work with respective business units such as Group Tech and Engineering, to enable change request and seamless integration into deployed operational lockers
- Establish, administer, and conduct iterative improvements on Standard Operating Procedures and Polices for work processes related to the Lockers
- Conduct required site survey and provide insights to Infra Engineering team to ensure successful installation, removal; as well as; working with Manager - Locker Network Management site recce to provide insights on installation location
- Integrate processes and data from EzyTrack, EzyShip with Locker Asset Management
- Intermediate data ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and assist in the sustenance and improvement of dashboards and data visualisation, to update stakeholders if there are impediments.
- Vendor management and ensuring SLA for contracts are met
- Support tickets raising and follow up with Engineering to close loop for defects
- Coordinate and execute ad-hoc Locker projects (such as CSR, Innovation Projects etc

Any degree from recognised tertiary institution, preferably in IT, Engineering or Logistics/Supply Chain related.
