A Boutique Private Bank is hiring for a experienced Assistant Private Banker

**Responsibilities**:
**Job Requirement**:
Utilize primary contact for client transactions handling, respond to and resolve routine client inquiries along with service issues.

Update and maintain client database with financial goal tracking.

Standards inclusive of professional phone management.

Manage customer requests for opening new accounts, online funds transfer, loan payments, general requests and inquiries.

Provide clerical assistance inclusive of writing and typing correspondence along with produce and prepare reports as required.

Support to schedule customer appointments as well as event planning.

Ensure to perform activities related to client problem resolution.

Receive plus execute customers’ instructions.

Receive and implement customer investigation requests.

Provide update everyday on clients’ investments to Private Bankers.

Conduct money transfers along with Private Bankers and respond to customer balance inquiries.

Courting clients by contacting prominent businesses and individuals to attract new high-net-worth clients to their institutions.

Maintaining client relationships by building and maintaining strong relationships with their clients and between the clients and the banks.

Evaluating client circumstances by analysing each client’s financial position to manage their complex financial matters.

**Requirement**:
If you are interested in becoming a private banking assistant, you may need to have:

- a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field
- CACS certification is an advantage.
- min 3 years work experience in the Private banking Segment.
- You may also need to have excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and analytical skills, as well as a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Able to communicate Mandarin Chinese business terms to Chinese clients is a plus.
