**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the regional recruiting policy & processes design and revamping to better support the hiring team;
- Designing recruiting policies/guidance that encourage best practice behaviour as well as compliance with legislation;
- Communicating and executing process changes to a large dispersed international workforce;

Qualifications:

- 8+ years in recruiting, including experience leading recruiting teams or recruitment operations in APAC Region;
- Experience in developing and implementing operational processes, and capabilities to support successful scaling in a high-growth global organization;
- Strong project management skills and operational rigor, with the ability to translate vision into action;
- Excellent cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and navigate ambiguities autonomously.
