Working Days: 5 Days
- Provide day administration/clerical support
- Handle reception counter and manage all incoming calls
- Front desk administration cum reception duties such as receiving and attending to clients
- Organize files, perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Order office suppliers and keep an inventory of stock (pantry supplies and stationery)
- Collect letters, sort and distribute incoming letters and faxes
- Other ad-hoc tasks that assigned by superior or manager

Job Requirement:

- Able to start immediately will be an advantageous
- Able to multi task, meticulous and well organized
- Strong computer literacy and knowledge in MS Office proficiency, especially with Excel and Word.
- Strong collaboration skills to accomplish the work assigned
- Able to work independently and open-minded to solve tasks with initiatives
- No experience is required as training will be provided
