**Summary**:
As the Logistics Executive, you will be reporting to the Logistics Manager and will oversee and facilitate the flow of containers to achieve optimal utilization while supporting the commercial team to meet customer needs.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Monitor and maintain equipment level in Singapore to ensure adequate stocks to meet the customer needs

Manage empty and on/off-hire containers movement in/out of Singapore and plan for repositioning, if necessary

Collaborate with Operations (Cargo Flow) team to optimize containers free storage period at port

Follow up with container depots and Maintenance & Repair team for repairs and claims matters

Leverage Microsoft excel or other digital tools to forecast and report import/export equipment status

Control depot storage, port storage and repair costs to the minimum

Any other relevant tasks, as and when assigned by the immediate supervisor

**Minimum Requirements**:
Minimum Diploma holder, preferably from Logistics and Supply Chain / Shipping and/or with 1 year of working experience in logistics / shipping industry

Proficient in MS Excel (Vlookup and Pivot Table)

Able to multitask, analytical, independent and a team player

**This role is currently opened for local employment only.
