**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Design, development and implementation of production testing in house or outsource.
- Develop new test setup, procedures, tools to automate test activities or liaise with vendors.
- Identify/develop new SW test methods to improve test cycle time
- Review the test Software, verify and maintain the document. Test reports, Test software, resource library and source code.
- Release development timeline, test specification and follow up updating the progress to meet target delivery date.
- Responsible to qualify the test software to meet the test accuracy & precision, conduct GR&R validation.
- Collaborate with HW Engineers, FW Engineers prospects to gather and define requirements.
- Ensure design engineers release the test requirement document.
- Review and feedback the test coverage, cycle time optimization and firm up the requirement document.
- Responsible for software revision control, buyoff and proper documentation of all test software.
- Ensure proper buyoff procedure is conducted when transfer new tester during new product introduction and site transfer.
- Revision control to ensure use of latest version for production, and retention of historical versions.
- Ensure completeness of documentation and knowledge retention and maintaining up to date.
- Conduct training for all related staff for smooth implementation and support.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Electronic/Electrical/Computer Engineering with Pascal/C/C++ programming skill
- Other programming languages (such as VB, Delphi, etc) is an advantage
- 3 years of working experience in energy meter testing environment preferred. Fresh graduate with good practical experience is also welcome.
- Good knowledge of electronics instrumentation and system integrations
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication and documentation skill
