**Job Title**:Chapter Lead

**Location**:Bangalore

**Business & Team**:CST

**Impact & contribution**:
Reduce the deployment time of model by utilising advance tools and technology. In this role you’ll assist execution of strategic initiatives to improve team effectiveness and performance.

**Reporting lines**:Reports to Senior Manager

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Hands on Lead Engineering duties with Peoplesoft ERP (GL) squad
- Lead developer and quality for Peoplesoft ERP (GL) platforms’ practice providing guidance and leadership
- Works with leadership teams and practice to define and uplift developer and quality analysis capability
- Drives the implementation, embedding and continual improvement of methodologies, frameworks, tools and processes.
- Identifies and actions opportunities to increase the effectiveness of business analysis teams or practice to improving business and customer value.
- Collaborates with leadership teams to set performance metrics for the practice. (Metrics may include KPIs/KRAs/OKRs)

**Essential Skills**:

- 10+ Years of experience
- Strong Engineering expertise and Business acumen with more than 10 years of IT experience
- Strong track record in ERP General Ledger / Peoplesoft Financials Implementation and development
- Experienced and knowledgeable in software delivery (SDLC)
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills to validate initiatives in the initial phases; including framing the problem, defining project scope and solutions to drive optimal value for the business and our customers
- Can drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve business and customer value.
- Wants to evolve the Development and DevSecOps skillset in ways to drive PACE

**Education Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology
