The Human Resource & Organization Department champions the people agenda for GIC. We invest in talent and organization development, to maximize potential of our people for long term sustainable performance. The GIC School is the internal learning & development outfit, to support every GICian to be the Best Version of themselves. Our learning programs and initiatives are designed to help GICians deliver sustainable high performance even as GIC scales up in a complex and rapidly changing world. In this dynamic and purposeful role, you will be working with individual contributors, managers, leaders and teams, across all our global offices, who drive our business growth and performance across asset strategies and investment operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with the teams in GIC School & HR to plan, execute, evaluate and analyze all learning initiatives and efforts, in support of GIC’s business and people strategy and priorities.
- Collaborate with GIC managers & teams to understand the changing landscape in their business, create and implement learning initiatives in support of changing business and people needs.
- Take ownership of the design, execution and facilitation of select flagship learning programs and initiatives targeted towards leaders, people managers, individual contributors and teams, and continuous action to improve their quality and effectiveness.
- Provide onboarding, training and coaching for new joiners and existing employees to help them assimilate quickly in their new roles, teams and responsibilities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree and/or professional qualification in a related discipline.
- Experience in designing, facilitating and delivering scalable training programs across the enterprise, preferably as an internal L&D Partner and/or Facilitator, Coach or Design Specialist.
- Good verbal and written communicator skills - the ability to engaging and deal with multiple stakeholders at different levels, across diverse business groups and cultures & to write and edit learning content.
- Passionate about developing people across all levels, from individual contributors to leaders, and designing innovative learning solutions in the fast changing investment industry, that serve the highest good of our client, the business, and our employees.
- Ability to work flexibly in fast-paced and fast changing environments, analyse issues and understand diverse stakeholder needs, and manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Self-motivated and outcome focused, and proactive in taking action to continuously improve learner experience and quality of learning initiatives.
- Certifications in coaching/facilitating/psychometric instruments and/or digital learning creation tools will be an advantage.
