**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute and monitor project-specific quality and compliance plans, including inspection procedures and verification protocols.
- Conduct inspections across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and environmental control systems at various stages of implementation.
- Inspect materials, monitor workmanship, and verify alignment with approved designs and specifications.
- Oversee and document installation of critical systems, including electrical distribution and environmental control systems.
- Raise and manage non-conformance issues, ensuring timely resolution with corrective and preventive measures.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and third-party specialists on compliance and operational quality matters.
- Support commissioning, validation, and system testing activities while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Prepare routine operational and compliance reports, maintain records, and compile handover documentation.
- Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to project standards.
- Support final inspections, punch list management, and project close-out documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical compliance, project execution, or engineering oversight in critical or complex infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with inspection procedures, method statements, and quality compliance processes.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and environmental control systems is advantageous.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and codes accurately.
- Workplace safety certification (WSQ/WSH) preferred.
- Positive, proactive attitude with strong ethical standards.
- Team player capable of working independently and resolving challenges in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
