**Reporting to the SVP Sales, the Head of Asia Pacific shall be responsible for leading and executing the Company’s sales strategy for the Asia Pacific region.**

AerFin Ltd specialise in aircraft and engine aftermarket solutions, using our extensive inventory holding to support our airline, MRO and Lessor customer base with quality used material to reduce maintenance costs whilst maintaining the quality and integrity of the asset. Our portfolio of services range from FHA (Flight Hour Agreement) support packages for airlines, 24/7 AOG support from our London, Singapore and Miami based distribution centres, engine leasing, innovative material supply programs through to Technical consultancy projects to lessors and operators. AerFin also provide MRO & related engine disassembly services for CFM, CF34 V25 & RR engines from our 100,000 sqft UK based warehouse.

**Sales & Business Development**
- Leading & driving sales and business development activity in Asia Pacific
- Expanding the Company’s airline, MRO, lessor and OEM customer base in region
- Identifying the infrastructure requirements to enable growth in region
- Work with the SVP Sales and the Heads of the other global regions to align on pro-active sales management processes with a focus on customer satisfaction and delivery.
- Ensure the quality, depth, breadth, generation and management of the pipeline of sales opportunities for the APAC region
- Build and leverage an understanding of customers’ needs to develop new customer-focused value propositions in APAC
- Support the SVP Sales and the Strategic Business Development Team in developing partnerships with key external stakeholders aimed at accelerating company growth.

**Stakeholder Management & Collaboration**
- Strong collaboration with the CPO (Chief People Officer) & SVP Sales to conceive and execute a talent plan which drives team engagement and performance through inspirational leadership in region.
- Promote and drive the origination of acquisition and trading opportunities within the MRO and airlines communities in APAC
- Deliver best in class customer service for Lessors, principally for piece part program opportunities in partnership with the AerFin Trading Team.
- Strong alignment with the Operations Team to develop MRO opportunities and facilitate world class customer management

The role holder will be required to undertake international travel of up to 50%. A full clean driving licence is essential.

**Education and/or Experience**:
Essential:

- Minimum 10 years relevant aerospace experience in a Customer or Sales focused Role.
- Minimum 5 years demonstrable leadership experience.

Desirable:

- Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in a technical or business related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
