DESIGNATION : Marketing Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES
- **Oversee & lead the marketing and corporate communications segments.**:

- ** Develop and Implement Product Marketing Strategies (Pricing, Advertising, Product Launching)**.
- Perform market research and identify clear positioning; determine the most appealing features of products and craft compelling messages across marketing channels.
- Develop engaging and educational product marketing campaigns that reach a wide target audience and outline product marketing deployment timelines for the year.
- Work with various teams (Contracts, Procurement, Operations, Sales) to implement strategies.
- Responsible and focus on three levels of the Sales Funnel (Acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention).
- Develop Awareness / Consideration / Preference Campaigns
- Works closely with Business Development Manager to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Plan, budget and manage roadshows and exhibitions, as well as internal and external corporate events.
- Identify relevant opinion leaders, influencers, media, and content partners who can serve as advocates or partners in co-creating content and developing value offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Min. Diploma / Degree in Marketing / Business Management or equivalents.
- ** Min. 5-8 years proven experience as Product Marketing Lead, Brand Lead or similar role in B2B space. Background in design and copywriting is a plus.**:

- ** Deep understanding of market trends and product lifecycles.**:

- Firm grasp of ways to develop strategic product marketing campaigns and familiar with product marketing tactics (integrated marketing campaigns).
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Possess excellent leadership, presentation, and writing skills.
- Positive attitude, with customer-oriented interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven and highly motivated to achieve revenue sales targets. Possess a valid Class 3 Driving license.
