**Position**:
**Job responsibilities**:

- Support the generation of weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly merchandising reports for business needs.
- Help organize the transfer of merchandise to maximize sell-through percentage (e.g. inter-store rebalancing, regional rebalancing).
- Contribute to analyzing sales performance through sell-through analysis and propose action plans.
- Coordinate all stock requests (all universes).
- Manage Trunk Samples.
- Participate in seasonal product training sessions.
- Communicate with the retail team and gather qualitative product feedback for the Regional team.
- Conduct market research, competitors’ product and pricing analysis on an ad-hoc basis.
